Making a dpatch

I am not used to this, but I was glad to find this command:

dpatch patch-template -p "01_patchname" "patch-file description" \ < patch-file > 01_patchname.dpatch

On http://linux.about.com/od/ubupck_doc/a/ubupg15t01.htm

Not usual that about.com has something non-obvious on it. Maybe that command is obvious to people who do tons of Debian packaging, but I had been looking off and on for weeks on how to do that. :)
