Bunch of Perl modules related to PDFs

I did backports to hardy and feisty for PDF::API2, PDF::GetImages?, PDF::OCR, Image::OCR::Tesseract. I also had some support modules for these: LEOCARRE::Debug, LEOCARRE::API, Dyer::API, Linux::usermod, and File::chmod.
